RODEO BIBLE CAMP TERMS AND INFORMATION
ASSESSMENT
For the safety of all horses and riders, campers participating in any horseback clinic will undergo a brief assessment in the main arena to confirm they have the minimum skills to participate in the clinic they are registered for. If an instructor feels the camper or horse does not meet the requirements, the camper will be placed in the horsemanship clinic to improve the horse’s or rider’s skills. Placement will be solely at the discretion of the instructors or Camp Director.

INSTRUCTIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
There are a limited number of spaces in each clinic filled on a first-come, first-served basis as determined by receipt of payment AND completion of additional required forms.

After submitting this form, use the link displayed to download the camper packet. Sign and return all forms AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Spots with complete payment AND forms will be filled first. All others will be placed on a waitlist to be contacted in the order received.

HORSES
Campers will check in on 6/25/25 between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Coggins will be checked at the gate before unloading your horse. Once confirmed at check-in, stall assignments will be given by the Arena team assisting with unloading.

Horse trailers will be parked in designated areas, and all tack, feed, etc., will be left with the trailer. Each horse is assigned a stall, given fresh water daily, and monitored overnight by an arena team member. Each camper may bring only one horse.

Refund Policy*

If you need to cancel your registration, you may receive a refund of the registration fee minus applicable processing fees up to 14 days before the camp starts. If you cancel after June 9, a 50% refund may be requested. No refunds will be issued after June 24th. Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of the Camp Director.
